Earn while you learn! The three-year Accounting Co-op program will provide you with an opportunity to participate in a partnership between an employer, the college and you, the student. This unique arrangement gives you paid work experience in the accounting field while providing the accounting and financial skills necessary to pursue a successful accounting career.
By the end of the first term, students must achieve and maintain certain academic criteria in order to remain in the co-op accounting program.
Upon successful completion of this program, you will have a three-year diploma in Business Administration - Accounting Co-op, a year of practical work experience in the accounting field, and possible completion of levels 1, 2, 3 and part of level 4 of the Certified General Accountant (CGA) program.
Advanced standing is also available at a number of universities if you are interested in pursuing a Certified General Accountant (CGA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Accountant (CA), accounting designation. Students who complete the six academic semesters but do not complete the work term requirements will graduate with a Business Administration - Accounting diploma.
Many of our graduates go on to earn their designations - CGA, CMA, CA. We currently have professional graduates successfully attending university, with others obtaining their degrees through correspondence courses.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Business programs have a common first semester. If you wish to change to another Business program, you may do so after the first semester. more.......
